Lieutenant weds bride in Pennsylvania

Lt. and Mrs. Kevin M. Ola

Erica Lynne Vlainich married Army 1st Lt. Kevin Michael Ola in an afternoon ceremony on Aug. 19, 2006 at the Church of the Covenant in Washington, Pa. The Rev. David L. Turner officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Sharri L. and Richard M. Vlainich of Amity, Pa. The groom is the son of Kathleen M. and Warren J. Ola of Williamsville.

The bride was escorted by her father.

She wore a strapless white ball gown with a court train and elbow length, double-tiered veil with beaded edges. She carried bouquet of calla lilies and Gerbera daisies.

The maid of honor was Stefanie Wyland, friend of the bride. The bridesmaids were Jessica Jarosz, Jennifer Mongera, Kristin Baker, Stacy Roupe, Leslie Yount, Andrea Shanafelt and Lisa Rogner, friends of the bride.

The best man was Stephen F. Ola, brother of the groom. The ushers were Michael and Marc Vlainich, brothers of the bride, and Mark Eagam, Mark Saunders, Charles Meabon, Chad Hess and Travis Ehlers, friends of the groom.

A reception was held at the George Washington Hotel Ballroom in Washington, Pa.

The couple reside in Augusta, Ga., while the groom is stationed at Fort Gordon.
