NCCC offers computer classes in October

The Niagara County Community College Department of Community Education will offer several computer classes this fall. The programs are geared for the novice, as well as the experienced computer user who wants to advance his or her skills. One program is especially designed for those age 55 and older. Introduction to Computers for Seniors 55 and Over is for the person who has never turned on a computer. The course is a lecture and hands-on program that will teach students the very basics, including where to start, computer hardware, software and the various uses of a computer. This three-session program will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays, Oct. 3 through 17 There is a $55 registration fee. Pre-registration is required and can be made by calling the Office of Community Education at 614-6470.
