Restaurants to participate in Dine Out for the Cure Nearly 40 restaurants will join forces to participate and raise money for The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation's second annual Dine Out for the Cure event. The appetizing action to benefit breast cancer education, screening and treatment will take place Tuesday, Sept. 26. Participating restaurants will donate a percentage of all meal sales from a special "pink menu" on the day of the event. Money raised will be used to support Komen's grants program, which supports funds in Western New York. Representatives from the foundation will hand out pink lapel ribbons and breast health information to diners at each restaurant. The following restaurants will participate: Amici Ristorante and Cafe in Kenmore; Asa Ransom House in Clarence; Bings Restaurant in Buffalo; The Burgundy Room in Depew; Brodo Restaurant in Amherst and Buffalo; The Byrncliff Restaurant; Cafe Garangelo's in Buffalo; Calvaneso's Cosmopolitan Grill in Williamsville; Chef's Restaurant in Buffalo; The Coda in Buffalo; Comfort Zone Cafe in Hamburg; Mel's Crow's Nest in Getzville; Falletta's Restaurant in East Amherst; Fiddlehead's; Glen Park Tavern in Williamsville; Grapevine in Amherst; Great Harvest Bread Company in Hamburg; Hoak's Restaurant; Ilio DiPaolo's in Blasdell; Jovi's Italian Grille & Bistro in Buffalo.
