 | | The Amherst Museum will get crafty when it holds its Harvest Craft Festival from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 23 and 24. The 12th anniversary of the event features approximately 80 of America's premier artisans selling their handmade items. New types of handmade works at this year's show include vintage jewelry, wrought iron, hand-tuned wind chimes, handmade cutlery, animal accessories and hand-carved stone. There will also be blacksmithing, spinning and weaving and 19th century wood-stove cooking demonstrations.
Admission is $5 for adults, and free for children under 12.
