The Buffalo Swimkins Synchronized Swimming Team is hosting a free introduction to synchro session for ages 7 to 11 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays through Sept. 25.

Interested girls should be able to swim one lap of front crawl and backstroke and feel comfortable swimming in deep water.
