Sean Patrick's luncheon marks anniversar y

Sonia A. and Donald H. Walter of Lockport celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a luncheon at Sean Patrick's Emerald Isle in Amherst.

Donald Walter married the former Sonia Granville on Sept. 8, 1956 at St. Luke's Evangelical and Reformed Church in Buffalo.

Donald is a retired assistant traffic engineer for the City of Buffalo. Sonia was a personal banker with Goldome and M&T Banks. Their hobbies include genealogy, model trains and volunteering.

The couple has three children and three grandchildren.
