The Erie County Youth Bureau is accepting program proposals for the year 2006-2007 from not-for-profit (501 c 3) organizations for the A PARTNERSHIP FOR YOUTH GRANT. Organizations must provide services to at-risk youth ages 14-18; provide outcome based prevention strategies that incorporate the 40 Developmental Assets and provide positive approaches that emphasize healthy lifestyles and utilizing R.E.A.D.Y. outcome measurement tool. Program proposals will be accepted for the following prioritized areas: (1.) Safe Places, Tutorial Education, Recreation (2.) Mentoring Services (3.) Counseling Services.
