FIRST VICE PRESIDENT - Janice Wirth has been named first vice president and manager of HSBC's Snyder branch located at 4467 Main Street. She is responsible for managing the personal and business accounts of the branch, as well as promoting various activities. Wirth has been a HSBC employee since 1979 and is a Tonawanda resident. PROMOTION - Debra A. Valenti of Williamsville was recently promoted to vice president for human resources at First Niagara Bank. Valenti joined First Niagara in 1999 as the human resources manager. As vice president, she is responsible for aligning enterprise learning and development initiatives with specific business goals and strategies.
