PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Amherst on September 5, 2006 at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the Amherst Municipal Building, 5583 Main Street, Williamsville, New York 14221, to hear all persons interested in a proposed Local Law entitled "A Local Law Amending Chapter 83 of the Code of the Town of Amherst, also known as the Building Construction Administration Code of the Town of Amherst."

This Local Law would amend section 83-9-5 the Town Code of the Town of Amherst by amending paragraph 83-9-5-1 with respect to snow and ice removal on public sidewalks on Main Street between Eltham and Longleat Parkway.
