Couple weds while groom on leave

Pfc. and Mrs. David Dembowski
on leave

Angela Zebrun married Pfc. David Dembowski in an evening ceremony on Friday, July 14, 2006 at the home of the groom's parents in West Seneca. Kathy Gullo, West Seneca marriage servant, officiated.

The groom was on leave from the U.S. Marine Corps and returned to his base in Twentynine Palms, Calif., on July 29.

The bride is the daughter of Donna Stack of Lackawanna and Andy Zebrun of Hamburg. The groom is the son of Gerry and Ken Dembowski of West Seneca.

The bride was escorted by her father.

She wore a white satin gown with contrasting red and carried a bouquet of red roses and baby's breath.

The maid of honor was Katelyn Jinera, friend of the bride.

The best man was Dan McFadden, friend of the groom.

A reception was held at the home of the groom's parents.

The couple will reside in Twentynine Palms after the bride finishes her schooling at Erie Community College.
