Osteoporosis Group to meet at 10 a.m.

The Northtowns Osteoporosis Group will meet from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 16 in the auditorium of the Beechwood Center at 2235 Millersport Highway. The speaker will be Karen Kemmis, physical therapist from Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. The topic will be "Theraband for Simple Strengthening Exercises."
