Friday, Aug. 4

+ Youths rang doorbells on Presidio Place, threw firecrackers and smoke bombs and then fled the scene.

 A caller on Aster Place complained that someone was calling the home and making different noises.

Saturday, Aug. 5

 A motorist reported a group of youths hiding behind a sign and throwing water balloons on Stonewood Drive and Youngs Road.

 Youths were throwing things at a person's home on Summerset Lane. The caller asked police to drive by.

 Homemade pressure bombs made from pop bottles were reportedly thrown in a yard on North French Road. The items didn't appear to be bombs.

 A motorist on Millersport Highway was swerving and making obscene gestures to passing motorists.

Sunday, Aug. 6

 A person reported that someone placed large tree branches over the roadway. The caller removed the branches.

 A group of teenage boys were walking down Bissell Drive. One was vomiting, and the others were drinking from bottles.

 A man on Ayer Road said the ex-boyfriend of a woman he is living with has stolen his information and is using his identity.

 Youths were starting construction equipment at a business' construction site on Harlem Road.

 A landlord on Glenhaven Drive reported a foul smell from a resident's home. He thought the tenants were on vacation.

 A motorcyclist was speeding and doing wheelies on East Robinson Road. While at a light, a driver of a motor vehicle spoke with the motorcyclist, who then made an obscene gesture toward the driver and drove his bike into the car.

 The downstairs tenant at a duplex on Sunmist Square threw a broom and welcome mat in front of the upstairs tenant's car.

Monday, Aug. 7

 A woman said she has received strange calls on her cell phone. She believes someone is trying to check her voice mails.

 A woman on Chestnut Ridge Road reported that someone went into her basement and moved her belongings around.

 A neighbor on Campbell Boulevard reported a foul smell from a home and was concerned it was the decomposing body of the person who lived there. The strange smells were from a Dumpster.

 A man on Wehrle Drive reported that there was "a fat chick" selling narcotics.

Tuesday, Aug. 8

 A man urinated on the lawn of a home on Stevenson Boulevard.

 A woman on Beaumont Drive reported that her neighbor was emptying his pool on Rumsen Road. It was flooding her back yard in the process.

Wednesday, Aug. 9

 A boy on a bicycle hit a car on Flint Road. The boy told the owner of the car that he would be back with his brother. The boy never returned.

 A man in a car on Maple Road was leaning out of the window, shooting pellets or an airgun at the youths in the neighborhood. The vehicle was gone on police arrival.

 A portable toilet was knocked over on Sweet Home Road.

 A person on American Campus Drive reported that there was a room full of weed and growing materials.

Thursday, Aug. 10

 A person on Creekside Drive said he heard a woman scream and then a thud. The woman saw and killed a spider.

 People were smoking pot in the locker room at a sports facility on Amherst Manor Drive.

 Youths were knocking over portable toilets and then standing them up again on Heim Road. The parents were advised.

 A tenant on Alcona Avenue said his landlord followed him home and is in the neighborhood. He recently called police to report that the landlord was allegedly peering into the window.

 The same tenant on Alcona Avenue called again, reporting that the landlord was peeping through the window. The complainant was partially dressed. The landlord said the tenant had not yet paid last month's rent.
