Stephanie Terranova, an incoming freshman at Sweet Home High School, had 15 inches of her hair cut for the Locks of Love campaign. The 14-year-old Amherst resident felt it was a perfect time to start a new beginning and the next stage in her life, hoping her gift will help a young child start a new beginning as well.
