Jason Wheeler and Stephanie Drum

Theresa and Larry Drum of Williamsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Drum, to Jason Wheeler, son of Kelly and Ronald Wheeler of Walton, N.Y.

Miss Drum is a 1998 graduate of Williamsville East High School. She graduated from Oswego State College in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She is a resident director at the college and will graduate with her master's degree in special education from Oswego in December 2006.

Her fiance is a 1999 graduate of Hancock High School. He works as a stone mason at Como Stone in Pennsylvania.

A November 2006 wedding is planned.
