Bride wears family veil, h a n d k e rc h i e f

Mrs. Thomas J. Mudd Jr.
Rose Evelyn Marmion married Thomas John Mudd Jr. in a noon ceremony on Saturday, Aug. 5, 2006 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Tonawanda. The Rev. Keith Blom officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Cecilia and Kevin Driscoll of Tonawanda. The groom is the son of Andrea and Thomas Mudd Sr. of Cheektowaga.

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father.

Her veil was cathedral-length with a Juliet cap and was borrowed from the mother of the groom. A bouquet of white hydrangeas was held with a white handkerchief, which belonged to the groom's late grandmother.

The maid of honor was Christine Kreuzer, cousin of the bride. The bridesmaids were Deanna and Sarah Driscoll, sisters of the bride; Natalie Mudd, sister of the groom; and Sarah Runkel, cousin of the groom. The flower girl was Emma Railey, cousin of the bride.

The best man was Patrick Mudd, brother of the groom. The ushers were Adam Smith, cousin of the groom; Sean Marmion and Jeremy Driscoll, brothers of the bride; and Alan Knowles, friend of the groom. The ring bearer was Jamison Ahrens, cousin of the groom.

A reception was held at Banquets by Adams in Cheektowaga.
