Peter D. Trombetto, retired heating, air conditioning mechanic

Peter Dominic Trombetto, 78, a retired heating/air conditioning mechanic, died Thursday, Dec. 14, 2006, at his Williamsville home.

Trombetto Born in Lewis Run, Pa., he was a Seaman 2nd Class with the U.S. Navy.

Mr. Trombetto worked as a heating/air conditioning mechanic

at Calspan, Inc. from 1956 until his retirement in 1993.

Mr. Trombetto was a 55-year member of Saints Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church. He was a member of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers and president of the Local Lodge from 1977 until 1993.

Mr. Trombetto is survived by his wife, Beverly I.; three daughters, Lydia and Gina, both of Buffalo and Dianne Welch of Ellijoy, Ga.; two sons, Nicholas and Peter; and 12 grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday, Dec. 18 from SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
