PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Amherst Town Board in the Town of Amherst Municipal Building, 5583 Main Street, Williamsville, New York 14221, on June 5, 2017 at 7:00 PM to extend the parking restriction time periods on Mona Drive and Jasper Drive by an additional three hours in the morning.

“The parking restriction on the south side of Mona Drive between, and including, 170 Mona Drive and the west curb line of Eggert Road is hereby changed to restrict parking between the hours of 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays only.”

And,

“The parking restriction on the west and north sides of Jasper Drive, in their entirety, is hereby changed to restrict parking between the hours of 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays only.”
