PollJohn C. Stefano, former owner of two John and Mary’s Restaurants, died suddenly on Saturday, Aug. 14, 2010, at Harris Hill Nursing Facility. He was 85. Mr. Potenza graduated from Amherst High School in 1946 and earned a degree from the Erie County Technical Institute in 1949.
